As a remote work specialist, I see poor ergonomics, unhealthy habits and loads of distractions through the video screen. It doesn’t require a lot of money or space to incorporate even a few items to help you be more productive and healthy at home.
My must-haves include a sit-stand desk (you can share a portable one with your family), blue-ray-blocking glasses, a standing desk mat and a focus playlist.
